These terms describe the rules for using Cowrite, including account responsibilities, content ownership, subscriptions, AI output review, and acceptable use.

Cowrite is a technical content workflow for search-backed briefs, outlines, drafts, source-aware review, visuals, approvals, and exports. You may use Cowrite only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, keeping workspace access current, and ensuring that anyone using Cowrite through your account is authorized to do so.
You retain ownership of the product knowledge, source material, prompts, article drafts, comments, Brand Voice Profile inputs, and other content you submit to Cowrite.
You grant Cowrite the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, analyze, generate, export, and display your content so we can provide and improve the service.
Cowrite uses AI and search-backed workflows to help draft and improve technical content, but generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicative, or unsuitable for your use case.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, verifying technical claims, confirming citations and sources, and making sure final content complies with your policies, laws, and third-party rights.
Do not use Cowrite to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse providers, bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, upload malware, generate deceptive content, or process sensitive information unless your plan and configuration explicitly support that use.
Paid plans, trials, renewal terms, usage limits, and cancellation rules are shown at signup or in the billing flow. If a plan includes a trial, charges begin after the stated trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We may change pricing, plan limits, or packaging prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive notice where required.
Cowrite may integrate with hosting, payment, analytics, AI, search, storage, and publishing-related providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Some features depend on third-party availability, account permissions, provider rate limits, model behavior, or API changes outside our control.
Some Cowrite features may be experimental, limited, or released gradually. Roadmap items are not commitments to deliver a feature by a specific date.
Publishing integrations, performance tracking, and deeper workflow integrations should be treated as planned until they are explicitly marked live in the product or documentation.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Cowrite to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to provider changes. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Cowrite is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mango App Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
